Ian Foster

Primary Headteacher

We are delighted to introduce Ian Foster, our Founding Primary Headteacher at the International School of Phangan (ISPG).

Born and raised in Birmingham, England, Ian brings over 19 years of teaching and leadership experience across the UK, Asia and the Middle East. Having worked with both the English National Curriculum and Cambridge International programmes, he is passionate about creating schools where children feel safe, challenged and inspired to achieve their very best.

Ian’s philosophy Happy staff create happy pupils, and happy pupils create happy parents.
