Nargiz Rzayeva

Primary ESL Coordinator

We are delighted to introduce Nargiz Rzayeva, our Primary ESL Coordinator at the International School of Phangan (ISPG).

Originally from Azerbaijan, Nargiz brings extensive experience in leadership and school development. She has worked with the Cambridge International, British National Curriculum and International Baccalaureate programmes, and completed the official Read Write Inc. phonics training in England. While completing her Master of Education with Liverpool John Moores University, Nargiz continues to combine strong problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach. She is passionate about inspiring curiosity and helping every child become a confident, lifelong learner.

My philosophy is simple When children feel happy, supported, and encouraged, they develop the confidence to achieve more than they ever imagined.
